Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Arlington, Tennessee. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role begins with in-office training and transitions to a fully remote setup after November. Responsibilities: • Process payroll transactions with precision, ensuring timely and accurate payments. • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies to maintain compliance with regulations. • Verify and review financial records to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies. • Oversee the distribution and reconciliation of payroll checks and associated records. • Maintain and update payroll and financial data within internal systems. • Collaborate with internal departments to address payroll or payment-related issues. • Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries. • Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and practices. • Assist in audits and reporting tasks related to payroll and financial data.
