Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Round Rock, Texas. This contract position requires expertise in managing garnishments and multi-state payroll processes while ensuring compliance and confidentiality. The role offers an opportunity to work fully onsite, collaborating with a dedicated team to maintain accurate and timely payroll operations. Responsibilities: • Process high volumes of garnishments, including child support orders and tax levies, with precision and adherence to compliance standards. • Manage payroll operations across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state-specific regulations. • Utilize payroll systems, such as ADP Workforce Now, to retrieve and process employee information efficiently. • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data and payroll records. • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for over 500 employees. • Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. • Follow detailed instructions and established procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy in payroll tasks. • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support seamless payroll operations. • Set up equipment and manage onboarding processes for new hires, including signing confidentiality agreements. • Stay updated on payroll compliance requirements across all relevant states. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing, including garnishments and multi-state payroll. • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. • Experience managing payroll for over 500 employees is preferred. • Knowledge of compliance requirements related to garnishments and tax levies. • Prior experience in a staffing-specific payroll environment is a plus.
