Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Responsibilities: • Process accurate and timely payroll for over 500 employees, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations. • Manage full-cycle payroll operations, including data entry, payroll calculations, and distribution. • Handle multi-state payroll processing, addressing varying state-specific requirements with precision. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to maintain payroll records and generate detailed reports. • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits. • Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll operations. • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. • Support audits and reporting requirements by providing accurate payroll documentation. • Develop and implement improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency. • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll data. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management. • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processing requirements. • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll operations. • Ability to handle payroll for over 500 employees with accuracy and attention to detail. • Familiarity with payroll laws, regulations, and compliance standards. • Excellent problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies. • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with employees and internal teams.
