A client of Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Specialist for a client of ours in the southwest Michigan area. This person will be responsible for managing employee salary data, ensuring timesheet accuracy and on time payments. This person will utilize payroll systems to ensure all payroll related tasks are entered and processed accurately. They must be comfortable working with cross functional teams as they will receive input from HR functions and forward this data to the corportae payroll team. As well as completing any corrections, deductions, reimbursements, data requirements, etc. as needed. This individual must be extremely detail oriented, organized, and an effective communicator. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education but will vary from $22-$27/hr. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
