Robert Half is seeking a talented Payroll Specialist to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) team. As an FTEP, you'll benefit from the stability of full-time employment with Robert Half while gaining access to diverse, impactful, and challenging accounting projects with our clients. Payroll Processing and Management: • Manage payroll data entry, adjustments, and deductions accurately and on time. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. • Oversee post-to-GL procedures to maintain accurate financial records. • Manage 401(k) and cafeteria plan administration, including employee enrollments and plan compliance. • Coordinate annual benefits enrollment and communications to employees. HR and Compliance: • Facilitate drug testing processes and ensure compliance with related policies. • Process and manage LOA and Workers Compensation requests. • Maintain accurate and organized employee records. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and reporting. • Ensure data accuracy within the ADP system.
