We need employees, all eager to engage actively in building a high- performing department, valuing collaboration, quality and fun in the everyday life. **Core Responsibilities** Serves as the primary facilitator between the Payroll operations team and external vendors, including system providers such as SAP and Workday. This role ensures the effective implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of payroll- related systems and integrations. The role requires strong project management capabilities, technical system knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications + Serve as the main point of contact for payroll vendors, including service providers, system integrators, and Support teams (SAP, Workday). + Translate payroll business requirements into functional and technical specifications for configuration or development. + Organize and lead testing cycles for system changes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. + Support payroll operations teams in system-related issues, partner concerns, and enhancement requests. + Coordinate system upgrades, releases, and vendor maintenance windows in alignment with payroll calendars. + Manage project timelines, partners, and communications for payroll system initiatives. + Monitor and report on vendor performance (SLAs, KPIs) and support contract compliance and renewals. + Collaborate with IT & Digital teams to ensure cross-Functional alignment and controls. + Execution of payroll processes for Mexico & Brazil in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. **Do you have what it takes?** + Proven experience in payroll operations, systems, or vendor management. + Strong experience with SAP Payroll and Workday (Configuration knowledge a plus). + Solid understanding of payroll processes, calendars, and compliance requirements. + Advance Excel skills. + Proven experience leading or supporting system implementation, integrations, and testing. + Strong project management skills (PMP or similar certification a plus). + Ability to manage multiple partners and vendors across global regions. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities. + Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. + High attention to detail, documentation, and processes + Fully Bilingual Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
