Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing for employees. • Handle multi-state payroll compliance and reporting requirements. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to streamline payroll processes and maintain accurate records. • Generate certified payroll reports and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. • Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. • Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information and adhere to data privacy standards. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment on payroll-related matters. • Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. • Conduct audits of payroll processes to identify and correct errors. • Assist with year-end payroll procedures and reporting. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, including full-cycle payroll. • Proven expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations. • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll management. • Familiarity with certified payroll processes and reporting. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve payroll-related issues. • Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards. • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
