Payroll Specialist
Description We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this Contract-to-hire position, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with payroll, human resources, and scheduling software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with businesses, providing training, troubleshooting, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation, setup, and training of payroll, HR, time and labor, and scheduling software for new and existing clients. • Build a comprehensive understanding of software applications to provide effective client support and troubleshooting. • Develop training materials, including videos and documentation, to streamline software adoption for new clients. • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction. • Safeguard the confidentiality and accuracy of HR and payroll data within the database. • Foster strong partnerships with clients and their HR, payroll, or accounting teams to support their business goals. • Resolve client inquiries promptly and efficiently, maintaining clear communication throughout. • Collaborate with management on special projects, software updates, and process improvements. • Manage project timelines effectively to ensure timely completion of client onboarding tasks. • Approach tasks with curiosity and a focus on understanding their broader impact. Requirements • Proven experience in payroll processes and software implementation. • Strong knowledge of human resources and scheduling systems. • Ability to create and present training materials to diverse audiences. • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach. • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients while demonstrating attention to detail. • Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Willingness to adapt to new challenges and learn continuously in a dynamic environment.
