Kforce has a client in Camp Hill, PA that is seeking a Payroll Specialist. Responsibilities: * Process and manage payroll for a midsized organization with 1,000+ employees across multiple states * The Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate and timely payroll execution, including regular, supplemental, and off-cycle runs * Manage and reconcile payroll taxes, including quarterly and year-end tax preparation and filings * Handle compliance with state and local tax regulations, with particular focus on State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations * The Payroll Specialist will collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and reporting * Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyze payroll data and support audits
