BlueSprig Pediatrics is hiring a Payroll Specialist in our corporate office located in Houston, TX. The Payroll Specialist will assist the Payroll Manager with all Payroll needs for all BSP subsets. The Payroll Specialist will assist all staff with payroll related questions, maintain garnishments, and maintainchild support orders. This position requires an extremely detail-orientated person with knowledge of payroll administration
Responsibilities Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questionsProvide information and answer employee questions about payroll related mattersProvide Administrative Assistance to Payroll Manager and GLProcess Garnishments Paperwork in ADP Work Force NowProcess Child Support Orders for EmployeesProvide Support for employment wage verificationAssist with Payroll Auditing process on a biweekly basisProcess Adjustments to Time Cards for PaymentCoordinate with the HR department to ensure correct employee data
