Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Littleton, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities: • Process and manage payroll accurately using systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations. • Administer benefits programs, including 401k and RRSP contributions, and handle related reporting. • Conduct payroll audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures. • Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues. • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity across accounting systems. • Prepare detailed payroll reports for management and assist in financial reconciliations. • Support the implementation and optimization of accounting software systems. • Monitor and enforce company policies related to payroll and benefits. • Assist in the administration of time-tracking systems like About Time. Requirements • Proven experience in payroll processing and accounting functions. • Proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce. • Familiarity with benefit administration, including 401k and RRSP programs. • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. • Experience with auditing payroll data and resolving discrepancies. • Ability to work with accounting software and time-tracking tools. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and address payroll inquiries.
