Payroll Specialist - Hybrid in Norwood or Medford, MA

Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly union payroll for a dedicated employee group. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and experience with high-volume, multi-state payroll processing. Ideal for candidates with union payroll experience and familiarity with construction industry operations.

Responsibilities:

Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees across multiple statesEnsure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, benefits, and union duesReconcile hours, overtime, and other timekeeping data in accordance with agreementsAddress employee payroll questions and resolve discrepanciesPrepare payroll reports and ensure timely tax filings and remittancesCollaborate with HR, finance, and payroll team members to ensure accuracy and compliance

Qualifications:
