We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Payroll Specialist** **Requirements:** + Accurately process payroll for employees across multiple countries. + Ensure timely and accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of United States local and country specific tax laws and regulations. + Ensure payroll tax compliance – managing federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements. + Monitor the ADP Smart Compliance tool for tax law changes, filing deadlines, balances, and registrations. + Manage quarterly and annual tax filings through audits and reporting reviews. + Assist with any tax notices received by agencies. + Prepare and file payroll tax returns for local, state, and federal agencies. + Generate and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. + Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files. + Address and resolve more complex payroll-related inquiries. + Provide guidance on payroll and tax matters. + Utilize payroll software to manage payroll processes. + Assist in system upgrades and implementations as needed. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent experience in accounting, finance and / or Human Resources. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, with a focus on multi-state tax compliance. + Strong knowledge of United States federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. + Proficiency in ADP GlobalView and ADP Smart Compliance tools. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills **Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:** This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs.
