Entry Level 0-2 years of experience

Maintain all payroll data, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and confidentialityVerify accuracy of timesheets and correct any errorsProcess personnel changes in payroll system (Dayforce)Research and help with tax issuesBe able to compute withholding and deductions with gross earningsRespond to Verification of Employment requestsRun & distribute payroll reportsCreate and update payroll processing manualsFiling/ScanningBe able to troubleshoot issue before asking for assistanceCommunicate timely and professionally with employees and managers to help and resolve issues Takes on additional tasks when requested by managementCreates efficient processes

QualificationsBS/BA degreeMid-level knowledge of Excel, Word, and OutlookEffective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results Pro-active and strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skillsProven analytical skills – ability to analyze/interpret data and take appropriate actionCapable of working without close supervisionStrong work ethic and team player

Additional Information

Expected base salary: $55,000 – $65,000
