Job Description:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Payroll Specialist to join our team and support the smooth, compliant, and timely delivery of our end-to-end payroll processes.
In this role, you'll be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring legislative and policy compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records for Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore or Malaysia. A truly Global Role with a Global Team!
Responsibilities:
Processing and managing payroll-related activities end-to-end independently. (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore or Malaysia Payroll)
Job experience of a Minimum of 2 to 4 years
In-depth understanding of payroll concepts and procedures
Understanding and complying with the country’s statutory requirements
Education and Experience Required:
Graduate in any discipline like Business, Commerce, Economics or relevant
Should possess strong payroll-related knowledge in one of the countries mentioned above
Experience in Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Pivot Table and complex Excel formulas) will be an added advantage
Knowledge and Skills:
Chinese Mandarin Language skills – Speaking, Writing and Reading are necessary
Strong interpersonal, communication skills
Good analytical skills
Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, MS Words, Powerpoint, Power BI etc)
