As a Payroll Specialist, you will help enhance the efficiency of our organization through improvement and implementation projects. You will support the team by providing complex solutions, managing projects and conducting trainings. You will report to Payroll LATAM Lead.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the Subject Matter Expert within the team, providing guidance on payroll system.

Ensure compliance of data in documentation and Payroll & TAA systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Enhance partner experience by improving processes linked to Payroll & TAA administration, streamlining workflows and increasing efficiency.

Be a primary contact and escalation point for incoming queries and cases, providing prompt and accurate responses.

Develop and implement payroll procedures to support the new system, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Provide training and support to team members on the new payroll system, ensuring a smooth adoption use.

Monitor payroll metrics to identify areas for improvement and improve the new system's performance.

Validate the new payroll system to ensure it meets organizational requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or related areas.

Minimum of 4 years of prior payroll processing and social security regulations in Mexico

Experience implementing payroll systems and managing payroll vendors desirable but not essential

Advanced English
