As part of our ongoing implementation of a new HR delivery model, we are looking for a Payroll Professional for our HR Services EMEA team. Reporting to our Payroll Manager, you will join a newly formed team within our shared services setup. As such, the role would suit someone with the motivation and drive to play an active role in the development of that team, ensuring successful delivery of payroll and people admin services mainly in Bulgaria while supporting other countries in the EMEA region.

Job Responsibilities Payroll: Processing monthly payroll for the designated countries ensuring compliance, accuracy and efficiency in all our payroll & time processes, monitoring end to end activities and supervising inputs and outcomes in a timely manner as per the calendars. Collaboration: Working with divergent functions across HR, Finance, and external payroll partner and problem solving on various issues across the variety of HR process-orientedrs to ensure seamless deliveries. Employee queries: Acting as a point of contact on payroll and HR admin related topics working in our ticket system ServiceNow Documentation: Documenting tasks and processes in work instructions; creating and maintaining knowledge articles supporting self-service in the business. Communication: Effectively supporting the communication with employees (at all levels) to inform, assis issues including payroll, benefits, leaves of absence. HR Administration: Administrate employee relations - contracts, annexes, termination documents. Contract changes registration to NRA. Preparing Job descriptions. Providing payroll information to responsible payroll outsourcing partner and agencies for temporary staffing. Maintaining different HR systems - Service Now, Omeks, Qntra. Supporting global processes, such as ASR, ESR. Registering organizational changes and reassignments. Reporting: Preparing different reports for corporate or governmental needs, such as reporting to local authorities (Annual Overtime reporting to Labour inspection, annual H&S declaration, annual report for occupational health), internal and external audits. Background & SkillsYour professional profile:
Relevant bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or have equivalent work experience. Around 3 years’ experience in payroll and people administration preferably from an international company. Experience in working with case management tools such as ServiceNow. Excellent in English skills. Bulgarian language, at a native level, is a must.Additionally, we are looking for:
