**Job Description**
Join Danfoss Employee Lifecycle as a **Payroll & HR Operations Specialist (Mexico)** . You’ll own pre-payroll in Tress Revolution, generate docs via +Orden and handle ticketed inquiries—ensuring IMSS/IDSE, FONACOT, Infonavit and policy compliance while driving continuous improvements.
**Job Responsibilities**

2. Send reminder emails (Fridays & Mondays) for incident approvals
3. Validate and upload incidents: onboarding, salary changes, leaves, reimbursements, FONACOT, Infonavit
4. Resolve discrepancies before cutoff
5. **HR Operations**
6. Prepare resignation paperwork
7. Generate certificates, manage vacations, print payslips via +Orden
8. Respond to employee tickets and inquiries
9. **Compliance & Improvement**
10. Ensure IMSS/IDSE, FONACOT, Infonavit adherence
11. Propose and implement at least one automation or process improvement per year
**Background & Skills**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, Accounting or related; payroll/HR certifications a plus
+ **Experience:** 2–4 years in payroll/HR operations; hands-on with Tress Revolution, +Orden, ticket systems and advanced Excel
+ **Languages:** English (B1–B2); basic Portuguese a plus
+ **Competencies:** Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator, service-minded
