You’ll own pre-payroll in Tress Revolution, generate docs via +Orden and handle ticketed inquiries—ensuring IMSS/IDSE, FONACOT, Infonavit and policy compliance while driving continuous improvements. **Job Responsibilities** **1. Pre-Payroll** 1. 2. Send reminder emails (Fridays & Mondays) for incident approvals 3. Validate and upload incidents: onboarding, salary changes, leaves, reimbursements, FONACOT, Infonavit 4. Resolve discrepancies before cutoff 5. **HR Operations** 6. Prepare resignation paperwork 7. Generate certificates, manage vacations, print payslips via +Orden 8. Respond to employee tickets and inquiries 9. **Compliance & Improvement** 10. Ensure IMSS/IDSE, FONACOT, Infonavit adherence 11.
