Responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated Payroll HR Admin Partner to manage the complete payroll cycle for all French payrolls in compliance with MSA policies and statutory requirements. This role involves collecting, treating, controlling, and validating payroll data, supporting the time and attendance system, processing payroll with our third-party vendor, filing required legal documents, and global/local reporting for the French payroll. Key Responsibilities: French Payroll Administration: Independently manage the payroll cycle, supporting French employees, managers, and internal MSA customers. Compliance: Ensure MSA policies, processes, and systems comply with French statutes and laws. Data Management: Collect and enter information in the ADP payroll software, update personnel files, and manage the ADP France vendor relationship. Payments: Perform mid-month advance payments, submit bank files for employee payments, and manage monthly payroll journal entries with Finance. Employee Departures: Handle payroll aspects of employee departures, including required governmental filings. Declarations: Establish and verify mandatory social and other regulatory declarations. Software Maintenance: Update and maintain payroll and time management software and employee information. Audits: Support internal/external audits and work towards continuous improvement of the payroll process. Team Collaboration: Work as part of the EMEA Payroll team and participate in continuous improvement projects related to French and Global payroll. Qualifications Required Experience: 4-6 years of experience with French Payroll Experience with ADP payroll system Knowledge of French regulatory and legal specificities Fluent in French & English (spoken and written) Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously Integrity in business interactions and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional handling of confidential information and sensitive issues Preferred Experience: Knowledge in finance/accounting Experience with Dayforce Experience in an industrial company Experience in a shared-service center Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Finance/Payroll or equivalent experience Preferred: Additional qualifications in finance/accounting #LI-AS1 #LI-Remote
