What are we looking for 

• demonstrable technical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

• UK payroll experience is a must.

• Experience completing at least two Cloud full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.

• Substantial experience in writing Payroll Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extract, OTBI and Archive/BI Publisher.

• Strong PL*SQL/SQL knowledge.

• Experienced in adhering to coding standards.

• Experience in Oracle EBS is beneficial.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a project team. Able to provide regular progress updates and effort estimates.

• Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure.

• Must be self-motivated problem solver.

• Ability and willingness to quickly learn new products and technologies.

• Comfortable to lead technical design and development activities. Able to interpret requirements and translate into technical features.
