About the Role
Join one of the world’s most recognised hospitality brands as a Payroll Officer supporting the Hilton Melbourne Finance Cluster. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional seeking flexibility, stability, and the chance to work with a high-performing and supportive team.
You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services as part of a cluster role supporting three premium Hilton hotels. This is a permanent part-time position, ideally commencing on 1st September. Working 3 days per week (primarily Monday to Wednesday), this role is well suited to someone with strong payroll experience and exceptional attention to detail.
What will I be doing?
End-to-end payroll processing using MicrOpay and UKG DimensionsCalculation and submission of superannuation, PAYG, payroll tax, and other statutory paymentsPreparation of payroll journals, reports, and reconciliationsLodgement of Single Touch Payroll (STP) to the ATOCoordinating leave entitlements and termination calculationsMaintaining compliance with payroll legislation and internal policiesResponding to payroll queries and liaising hotel teamsIndexing and archiving payroll records for audit and compliance purposes
