Ensure the proper and efficient operation of the Human Resources Department in order to optimize resources across all processes and foster an environment aligned with our higher purpose, while also adhering to the guidelines and standards established by Hyatt International. Ensure the management of all functions related to Payroll and Social Security, including invoice processing, payment requests, and monthly provisions.

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.

Advanced skills in Human Resources software and management tools.

Knowledge of payroll tax calculation, taxes, wages, and employer social security contributions.

Practical knowledge of local and international labor regulations.
