Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The Payroll Manager role will lead all aspects of Israel payroll for 1,500+ employees across both sites – Yavne and Migdal HaEmek.
*This is a hybrid role that requires regular presence at both locations, and the ability to work closely with teams on-site in Yavne and Migdal HaEmek.
In this role you will:
Ensure accuracy, compliance and service goals are consistently met.Develop and supervise day-to-day work of 3 payroll staff, including providing direction for tasks, coordinating priorities and resources, and providing mentorship on performance and development opportunities.Identify and implement payroll process improvements and best practices.Reconcile and maintain payroll records; Audit payroll data changes to ensure validity and accuracy of approved transactions.Review payroll journal entries, perform GL mapping, perform payroll related account analysis and reconcile payroll related general ledger accounts monthly.Leads preparation of relevant reports.Support external audit requests and other tasks as assigned.Minimum Qualifications
Certified Payroll AccountantProficiency in Hilan10+ years of payroll experience, with at least 5 years in managerial roleProficiency in ExcelStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlinesFamiliarity with Workday and SAP - advantageWe offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
