WHAT YOU’LL DO
You contribute to accurate and compliant payroll operations in the Netherlands by leading local processes and providing expert guidance on payroll and employment law. You support your team with day-to-day questions and complex challenges, ensuring a smooth and reliable employee experience. You collaborate closely with your Payroll Manager, who oversees the broader Sales market, while acting as the local specialist and point of contact for all payroll-related matters in the Netherlands.
You will:
Ensure the smooth execution of all payroll processes and tasks to guarantee the legally compliant and timely payment of all colleagues.Manage employment law and contractual matters in close collaboration with the HR team, providing guidance and clarity.Identify business needs and areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions in coordination with the Payroll Manager.Set clear goals together with the Payroll Manager and drive their successful implementation within the team.Promote a strong feedback culture by motivating the team, encouraging coaching, and strengthening our company values and culture.Drive succession planning, employee engagement, and professional development initiatives in collaboration with the Payroll Manager.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You lead the Payroll team in the Netherlands, which includes Payroll Support, Payroll Specialists, and Senior Payroll Specialists. In this role, you collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all colleagues. Through strong leadership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, you contribute to efficient, transparent, and compliant payroll operations across the organization.
