Payroll Integration Development Lead

**Purpose**
As Payroll Integration Development Lead, you will be responsible for the development and enhancements of system integrations to and from payroll and time & attendance applications. This role requires a deep understanding of application data transfers to support our business objectives and contribute to our ongoing success. Accountable for meeting business requirements and build activities within project delivery.
**The Job (responsibilities):**
+ Accountable for collaborating with business relationship managers and business stakeholders to understand business requirements, identifying solution gaps and available capabilities, and defining solutions to meet the business need.
+ Analyze and evaluate existing business processes in HR, Payroll and Time data management and identifying areas for improvement.
+ Translates business domain understanding and context to technical capabilities for technical architects and development teams.
+ Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate detailed requirements to design requirements.
+ Lead tasks with architecture, application services, infrastructure, release management and other relevant stakeholders to enable a smooth deployment.
+ Ensure work scope is maintained, and solutions are implemented, managing approved changes
+ Ensure execution plan is on track and reports any major deviations in budget or timeline.
+ Design, configure and develop Workday, time, and payroll solutions to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
+ Manage Payroll and Time & Attendance projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
+ Stay up to date with the latest Workday and Payroll developments and trends, recommending upgrades or enhancements as necessary.
+ Conducts application scan and risk review to validate privacy, security, and risk policies are met.
+ Responsible for examining the current systems architecture and working with business and technical staff to recommend solutions that result in more effective systems
+ Work closely in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture to shape EA guardrails, standards and patterns
+ Understand and align solutions with Enterprise Architecture principles, guardrails, standards, patterns, and frameworks.
**The Person (requirements):**
+ Higher Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of strong hands-on experience with Workday PECI integrations, Time and Attendance Integrations, Payroll General Ledger Integrations and other payroll processing inputs.
+ Ability to create demonstration scenarios to highlight key functional requirements for presentations to business user groups
+ Experience with ADP GlobalView or Celergo and Time and Attendance Systems is highly desirable.
+ Desired IT tools: SharePoint, Visio, Azure DevOps
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
+ Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development)
+ ITFS Project Methodology knowledge
+ English language – professional communication
