Summary
We are looking for an experienced Payroll and HR Admin Leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing all aspects of payroll processing and HR administration. You will also contribute to the implementation of the Nexon payroll system at the site. The position serves as the main point of contact for payroll and HR queries and supports legal and regulatory compliance.
Your Role
Support the on-site implementation of the Nexon payroll system and ensure proper system setup and reportingMaintain and update HR data in Workday and Nexon systemsManage employee records and lifecycle documentation, including onboarding, contract preparation/amendments, job descriptions, transfers, and terminationsManage, control, correct, reconcile and document employees’ working time records; maintain individual work schedulesManage monthly payroll processing in compliance with labor laws, employment contracts, and internal compensation policiesEnsure accurate and timely payroll data processing, payslip issuance, and statutory reporting (e.g., NAV)Coordinate with the accounting department on payroll-related reporting, payments, and documentationPrepare and verify reports from NexonBér and NexonTime systems for internal and external reportingPrepare HR and payroll reports, employment certificates, and other employee-requested documentationCommunicate with Nexon Kft., monitor system updates, and implement changes as requiredEnsure compliance with labor law, internal company policies, and SOX requirementsSupport internal and external audits; maintain accurate headcount and payroll dataComply with quality assurance, safety, fire protection, health, and environmental regulationsProtect assets under responsibilityPerform all other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the role, existing qualifications, and company interestsYour Background
