We are now looking for a Fixed Term Payroll Delivery Specialist for two years to perform HR Delivery tasks according to standard processes/procedures related to payroll for Hungary! Our payroll services are outsourced, but you will, together with the team, be the main contact towards the payroll vendor and make sure processes are followed and securing a good data quality.
Coordinate, prepare and secure that the payroll input consist of high qualityReview payroll outputs from the outsourced vendorEnsure timely delivery of payslips, report and statutory submissions, year-end processes and declarationsPrepare payroll related reports and analytics for internal stakeholdersPerform basic payroll calculations and cross-check data against internal records and timesheetsSupport the administration and approval of payroll related expense claimsBe the contact person towards our payroll vendorComplete execution of Human Resources policies and processesSupport employees and managers in payroll related mattersPerform analysis, identify, suggest and drive improvements on processes and tools including maintenance of SOPsManage agreed local vendors to ensure payroll runs meets SLAs, KPIs and quality standards, track performanceCollaborate closely with internal teams and external vendorsRun and participate in HR Delivery projects.Provide project support as well as HR delivery and data
You will bring
Demonstrated ability: SAP, process knowledge, good knowledge of digitalization and good administrative skillsA Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Human Resources, finance, or proven experience within required areaCertification of payroll is an advantageA minimum of 3-5 years’ experienceKnowledge about Hungarian legislation and payroll activities.Good communication Skill. Proficiency with Hungarian and English Language, analytical learning and researching skills, be proactive, self-motivated, work independently and be customer orientated.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
