If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Payroll Delivery Specialist, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring the seamless execution of payroll operations across the Asia region. This role demands not only technical expertise but also strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 

 

What You'll Do:

 

Payroll Processing:Execute weekly, monthly, and yearly payroll tasks in line with PMI and statutory guidelines (SOX, PMI Chart of Control, Data Privacy, and Info Security).Consolidate and validate payroll data, share instructions with Payroll Providers, and ensure accurate payroll calculations.Validate payroll outputs, make necessary corrections, obtain approvals, and process salary and statutory contributions payments.Handle non-standard payroll cases, including manual payments and off-cycle runs.Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and other departments, engaging relevant parties for resolution.Compliance:Perform and document payroll controls in accordance with PMI guidelines and statutory regulations.Support internal and external audits by collecting required documentation.Conduct root cause analysis of payroll incidents and implement preventive/corrective actions.Collaboration with Payroll Providers:Maintain day-to-day cooperation with Payroll Providers, exchanging information, providing instructions, and implementing corrections.Agree on key payroll dates and communicate them to impacted teams.Create purchase orders and ensure timely settlement of payments for Payroll Provider services.Continuous Improvement and Projects:Propose and implement improvements to payroll processes to enhance compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.Test and validate system changes, supporting local and global projects as a subject matter expert.Business Continuity:Keep operational manuals up to date.Serve as a backup for payrolls within the team.Onboard new team members and fulfill the role of a buddy.Managing complexity and scope across up to 10 markets with different regulations, vendors, systems, and calendars.Meeting tight deadlines with the highest accuracy to avoid impacting employees or exposing the company to risks.

 

 

What You Need to Have:

 

Education: College/University degree.Experience: Minimum of 2 years in in-house or outsourced payroll processing, or experience in Finance/HR delivery processes and systems.Functional Skills:Strong numerical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.Knowledge of SAP or other HR systems.Understanding of employment tax and social insurance regulatory requirements.Customer-centric mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.Advanced proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are an asset.

 

 

Work Schedule and Location:

 

Generally, Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, on a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days on-site.Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office.
