Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in a high-volume payroll processing environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of all facets of payroll operations, in-depth understanding of payroll taxes, compliance, and regulations, and experience using Oracle as a payroll system.
ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume payroll accurately and efficiently using Oracle.Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.Assist with garnishments, support and levy orders, and analyze service tickets for pay errors or missing pay.Manage SDI integrations and maintain confidentiality and discretion for all payroll data.Essential SkillsAt least 3 years’ experience in high-volume payroll processing.Strong customer service skills.Experience with Oracle and a payroll system (not ADP).Extensive knowledge of payroll operations, taxes, compliance, and regulations.High attention to detail and strong Excel skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum high school diploma or GED.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
