Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will process hourly payroll associates at Bridgestone Arena on a weekly basis.

What will you do?Responsible for the weekly processing of the hourly payroll at the property.Ensure the payroll complies with local, state, federal, and company policies.Partner with managers to ensure all associates are paid accurately.Be a point of contact for associates that have questions about their pay.Run payroll reports to check for any oddities.Review and process purchase orders and invoices in the accounts payable system for approval.

More about youMinimum of 1 year of experience in a payroll clerk position.Ability to understand and take appropriate action on all payroll related issues.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including excellent Excel skills.Excellent organization skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment.Ability to operate with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
