ROLE SUMMARY
The Payroll Compliance Senior Specialist oversees and ensures the adherence to legal guidelines and internal policies concerning employee requests and benefits within the payroll domain. This pivotal role provides comprehensive support to multiple Business Units across nine countries, ensuring payroll compliance for employees.

ROLE PROFILE

Review and validate the processed payroll for employees across all countries, to ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and legal requirements.Regularly review and verify employee data for accuracy, maintaining data integrity within the HC and payroll systems. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information exchanged within the function and adhere to data protection regulations.Coordinate with the Payroll team on the processed Journals, providing clarity and supporting documents where needed. Collaborate with other departments to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues effectively and in a timely manner.Stay updated with changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance rules to ensure compliance in payroll operations.Assist in running testing for new rules applied in the payroll system. Collaborate with the relevant teams to ensure the accurate implementation of system updates and rule changes.Stay informed about country-specific regulations and assist in compliance activities related to payroll.Perform final settlement calculation checks for employees leaving the company, ensuring adherence to country labor laws and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, human resources.3-5 years of work experience as an HR Compliance or Payroll.Excellent communication skills in English.Observant and quick learner.Ability to openness and diversity.
