Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Pay: $16-$20.00 per hour Payroll Clerk Jobs require candidates to: · Open and process mail, scan and email. · Process interrogatories, answer, scan and mail all interrogatories that come in via mail, fax or email. · Process and mail out reissued A/P garnishments checks. · Process and mail reprinted W2’s. · Process internal overnight and regular mail of off cycle checks. · Process and mail deposit backup and checks received for miscellaneous paybacks and garnishment fees. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Payroll Clerk jobs: · High School Diploma or Equivalent · Basic Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite. · Strong Written and oral communications skills. · Ability to meet deadlines to keep the Company in legal compliance. · Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment. · Ability to multitask and work independently. · Must be able to stay in task and have organizational skills. The starting pay rate for Payroll Clerk Jobs is $16-$20.00 per hour plus overtime as needed.
