Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing payroll processing for a large number of employees on a bi-monthly and weekly cycle. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate calculations and handling corporate payroll adjustments.

ResponsibilitiesProcess daily manual payroll calculations with precision and accuracy.Manage corporate payroll adjustments on a weekly basis.Handle the processing of payroll for at least 300 employees each week.Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, deductions, and garnishments.Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.Essential SkillsExpertise in payroll processing, particularly on a bi-monthly cycle.Proficiency in payroll tax regulations, deduction management, and garnishments.Experience in processing payroll for at least 300 employees weekly.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.Familiarity with multi-local payroll systems.Experience with both bi-monthly and weekly payroll cycles.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
