Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support our timekeeping operations during a system transition. This temporary role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring accuracy across high-volume tasks.
ResponsibilitiesEnter approximately 500 weekly timecards into the current time system with precision and efficiency.Serve as the primary liaison between the Payroll and Operations teams for timecard-related inquiries and issue resolution.Identify and address missing entries to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the department during the transition.Essential Skills2+ years of payroll experience for at least 100+ employees.Experience with any payroll software.Proficient in MS Office.HS Diploma or Degree.Additional Skills & QualificationsA degree would be nice to have.Work Environment
This position operates within a manufacturing office environment, which is very clean and updated. The manufacturing floor is incredibly clean and quiet. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
