We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Payroll Clerk to support our payroll operation. This position is responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of payroll using the Paycor HRIS system. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Paycor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities:Process semi-monthly payrolls in Paycor for multi-state employeesReview and audit employee timesheets and payroll data for accuracy and completenessEnter and update employee information, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and deductions in PaycorEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practicesRespond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional mannerAssist with year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and distributionSupport Payroll and HR teams with ad hoc projects and reporting needsQualifications:2+ years of payroll processing experience requiredExperience with Paycor HRIS system is requiredFamiliarity with multi-state payroll processing preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretionProficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdditional Information:This is a contract role with an anticipated duration of 5-6 months. 1424082MINSY_FIN_1752601037 To Apply for this Job Click Here
