Description The Payroll Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring payroll accuracy and efficiency, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization. Responsibilities: • Accurately input employee hours into the payroll system, ensuring proper categorization of regular hours, overtime, vacation, and other types. • Collaborate with managers to review and verify manual timekeeping data from various locations. • Maintain a high level of accuracy and speed in data entry tasks, meeting or exceeding numeric key performance standards. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and organize payroll data effectively. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to payroll processing. • Assist in transitioning manual timekeeping records into an electronic system. • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in timekeeping data. • Generate reports and summaries as needed to support payroll operations. • Provide support and assistance in audits or reviews of payroll data when require Requirements • Proficiency in high-volume data entry with numeric key performance between 8,001 - 10,000 KPH. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data tracking and organization. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll information. • Ability to work collaboratively with managers and team members across multiple locations. • Familiarity with payroll systems and timekeeping processes. • Effective problem-solving skills to address discrepancies or errors. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
