This role offers a clear progression path to a Senior Payroller position within 18 months for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation Handle payroll queries and provide excellent customer service to employees Prepare and submit payroll reports to management Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations Assist with payroll audits and implement improvements to payroll processes

Requirements:

Previous experience in payroll processing Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Good understanding of payroll legislation and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
