Essential duties include the following:
Accurately process payroll on a weekly basis.Ensures compliance with Mexican labor laws, IMSS regulations, and company policies.Maintains employee payroll records and update them as needed (hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes).Performs periodic audits of personnel, payroll benefits, and payroll records to ensure correct placement, legibility, and proper condition.Calculates and processes bonuses, overtime, vacation, pantry vouchers, and other payroll-related items.Reviews and audits for taxes calculations (ISR, INFONAVIT, IMSS, ISN).Handles payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and other payroll matters.Submits required reports to IMSS and ensure timely and accurate payments.Supports audits and inspections related to payroll and social security.Assists with annual declarations and employee profit sharing (PTU).Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalency.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in payroll processing in Mexico.Proven experience managing IMSS processes including employee registration, modifications, and terminations.Experience with SUA and IDSE platforms.Familiarity with INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SAT obligations.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Understanding of CFDI (Digital Tax Receipts) for payroll.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Additional Information:
