Join Agilent as Payroll Business Process Analyst and drive an impactful change in HR Services across Europe! Join our team to lead process optimization, manage innovative payroll projects, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class HR solutions. In this role, you’ll evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and make evidence-based recommendations to enhance HR processes. You’ll also oversee payroll operations, implement new system features, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Your responsibilities:
Reviews and improve HR processes and workflows, making evidence-based recommendations for better efficiency.Leads and supports HR projects, working closely with different HR teams, project managers, and stakeholders across the organization.Works with partners to explore, test, and recommend new features for HR tools like Workday, and helps solve HR Services-related problems or provide support and training to others.Participates in projects to implement timekeeping features in HR tools, ensuring all solutions comply with local laws and regulationsQualifications
Qualifications and skill requirements:
Extensive experience in European payroll and timekeeping, with a strong record of ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.Advanced technical skills to analyze, improve, and optimize payroll and timekeeping workflows, managing complex assignments effectively.Ability to identify and resolve complex payroll and timekeeping challenges by adapting methods and creating tailored solutions to meet business needs.Experience implementing timekeeping systems or familiarity with platforms such as Time & Labor, ADP is highly desirable.On a personal level, you possess great problem solving / analytical skills, and you are eager to learn about new software technology, instruments, applications, and consumables. You have communication/ interpersonal skills to interact at various levels, and you strive to provide excellent customer support. You enjoy both working within a team and autonomously.
