Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in South St. Louis. This role will transition to a hybrid schedule once training is complete and offers a permanent salary of up to $60K.

Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly and seasonal weekly payrolls.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for all employees.

Process and submit union pay.

Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.

Handle employment verifications, payroll garnishments, unemployment claims, and related filings.

Manage open enrollment periods.
