Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data to support various business operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a strong eye for accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Responsibilities: • Input and update data into company systems with a high level of accuracy. • Verify and validate information to ensure data integrity and completeness. • Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy access and retrieval. • Perform regular audits of data to identify and correct discrepancies. • Support payroll processes by entering and reviewing relevant data. • Assist in verifying employee benefits information and ensuring correct documentation. • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues promptly. • Follow confidentiality and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive information. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a related role. • Proficient typing skills with a strong focus on speed and accuracy. • Familiarity with data management systems and software. • Basic knowledge of payroll and employee benefits processes is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
