Job Title: Payroll Assistant
Job Description

As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for compiling, accurately reviewing, and distributing time entry reports, maintaining a filing system for efficient information retrieval, and scanning and storing documents electronically. You will monitor and order payroll department supplies, prepare mail and UPS packages, ensure documents are accurate, and accurately enter new hire information into the payroll system with a high attention to detail.

ResponsibilitiesCompile, accurately review, and distribute time entry reports.Maintain a filing system that ensures easy and efficient retrieval of information.Scan and store documents in an electronic file system.Monitor and order payroll department supplies including paper, checks, and envelopes.Prepare mail and UPS packages.Ensure documents from business units and employees are accurate.Accurately enter new hire information into payroll system with high attention to detail.Essential SkillsExperience in payroll for at least 1 year.Proficiency in data entry.Strong administrative support skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to use 10-key efficiently.Work Environment

This position requires working onsite five days a week. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring efficient payroll operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.64 - $23.56/hr.
