Payroll And HRIS Manager
Seeking a Payroll and HRIS Manager for a Medical Company in St. Paul!!

Job Description

As a Payroll and HRIS Manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert for various modules, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation, and Workforce Management. You will be responsible for maintaining system functionality and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while offering creative solutions to system challenges.

ResponsibilitiesConfigure, test, and maintain HRIS for daily operations and system enhancements.Create, modify, and maintain business process workflows by collaborating with internal business stakeholders.Manage the payroll cycle and maintain relationships with Managed Services teams.Submit support tickets when needed and ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.Develop and generate customized reporting that meets business needs and compliance requirements.Perform routine and ad-hoc data analysis in compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.Identify opportunities to enhance processes and system functionality.Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement system upgrades, process improvements, and new functionalities.Assist in testing new system functionalities or enhancements before deployment.Provide training and guidance on HRIS usage to HR, Finance, and Information Solutions teams.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or IT.5+ years of payroll experience.HRIS experience is required.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with HRIS implementation or rollout is a significant advantage.Work Environment

This role involves a flexible onsite work arrangement, with a preference for candidates to be present five days a week. You will report to the Director of HR and serve as the primary support person for finance-related HRIS matters. The organization has recently switched to bi-weekly payroll, and the position involves liaison responsibilities with outsourced payroll services. Epicor is used as the ERP system, and the company has approximately 330 employees.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $57.50/hr.
