Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is looking for a Payroll and Compensation Specialist on a temp to perm basis. Duties Include: * Payroll Processing: Manage payroll for over 300 employees * Timecard Accuracy: Research and verify the accuracy of timecards and exceptions, follow up with employees for corrections and missing information * Reporting: Generate and analyze overtime reports and other payroll-related data * Executive Support: Work directly with the president to provide payroll and compensation reports as requested * Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis on compensation for current and future positions * Compensation Research: Stay updated on compensation trends and ensure competitive pay for all positions
