ABOUT THE ROLE

What Will You Be Doing at Arrow?

You will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will be focusing on:

Managing the payroll process conducted by Arrow’s external partners by collecting, checking and processing payroll input dataAssisting with the preparation of the monthly payroll reconciliations and control reportsEnsuring the accuracy of payroll dataProviding external vendor with input and instructionsProviding payroll output data to Finance in a timely mannerPreparing reports for HR and FinanceResolving employee queries or coordinating solution with payroll vendorPossibility of participation in interesting payroll related projects

What Are We Looking For?

You speak German on B1/B2  and English on B2/C1 level You have previous experience in payrollYou pay attention to the detailsYou feel comfortable working with tight deadlinesYou know how to prioritize, manage time and work effectivelyYou have excellent communication and analytical skillsYou have very good knowledge of ExcelPrevious experience in HR or administrative area will be an advantage
