Role purpose:

As a Junior Payroll Transformation Analyst, you will support the global payroll transformation program by assisting in the documentation, coordination, and execution of payroll system and process changes. You will work closely with the Payroll Transformation SME and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support solution documentation, and help ensure smooth implementation of digital payroll solutions across markets.

This role is ideal for someone early in their HR technology or payroll transformation career, looking to gain hands-on experience in a global, fast-paced environment.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from HR, Finance, and market stakeholders.Support the preparation of solution design documents, process maps, and user stories under the guidance of the Payroll Transformation SME.Help coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups with internal teams and vendors.Track project tasks, maintain status logs, and support reporting on transformation progress and metrics.Assist in testing payroll system configurations and validating data accuracy during implementation and migration phases.Support the creation and delivery of training materials and user guides for new payroll processes and tools.Monitor and log issues or risks identified during transformation activities and escalate appropriately.Stay informed about payroll system trends and assist in researching best practices and toolsCore competencies, knowledge and experience Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR systems.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and task tracking.Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and solve problems.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organized manner

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

5–7 years of experience in HR operations, payroll support, or system implementation roles.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Kanban).Exposure to HRIS or payroll platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) is a plus.India:
