Overview
We are seeking a Payroll Analyst II to join our global Payroll team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact—ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, managing statutory obligations and supporting employee experience through timely and transparent payroll operations. As Payroll Analyst II, you will support end-to-end payroll activities across multiple APAC countries, liaise with vendors and internal partners and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. This role requires a strong grasp of regional payroll practices, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
 

Responsibilities

Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for APAC countries, including tax filings and statutory payments.Coordinate with payroll service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and data accuracy.Maintain and update process documentation and support audit requirements across multiple jurisdictions.Handle employee queries related to payroll, time and attendance and benefits.Support special payroll projects and initiatives while ensuring timely execution.
 

Preferred qualifications and education

Minimum 5 years of experience in APAC payroll operations, with hands-on exposure to compliance and regulatory frameworks.Strong understanding of payroll systems and time and attendance processes, ideally with experience in Workday.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across teams.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools; familiarity with photo or video editing tools is a plus.Experience working with China or Southeast Asia payroll is preferred.
