About the position:
The Senior Payroll assures the payment on time of the employees for the GLA region, through the control of each payroll assigned.
Work with the payroll vendor of each country: coordination and fulfillment of calendars, payroll closing, control of social security and other local taxes.
Work with internal JLL teams, including the finance, treasury and human resources teams.
Responsibilities:
Assure timely payment to the employees within the Great Latin America region.Review and approve monthly payrolls for multiple countries.Control and approval for the payment of social security and other local taxes.Manage and work with different payroll vendors and internal JLL teams, including finance, treasury and HR.Deal with payroll audits and issues.Resolve issues and reply to inquiries related to payroll earnings, deductions and taxes.Coordinate with HR on employee data changes and benefits.Payroll calendar: support for alignment with the local vendor, review, and compliance.Prepare reports and analysis for management as requested. Support for requested payroll cost.Analyze processes to improve.Support in the coordination of the fulfillment of monthly tasks: payroll closing, delivery of monthly reports, payment charged to banks.Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in similar roles, including personnel administration, bank payment coordination, payroll knowledge and payroll account knowledge.Advanced student o graduated in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related.Intermediate level of English is also required.Benefits:
