Description Payroll Analyst – Memphis, TN (On-Site) We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to provide accurate and timely payroll services while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Provide payroll support to internal teams, ensuring all policies, procedures, and quality standards are met + Reconcile payroll checks against internal records and fraud-prevention checklists to ensure accuracy + Manage paycheck distribution processes, including assembly, labeling, and shipping + Assist with mailroom duties related to payroll, ensuring proper documentation and secure handling of incoming checks + Investigate and resolve payroll cases involving lost, damaged, or stolen paychecks, ensuring timely resolution and payment + Administer garnishment processes, including child support, tax levies, creditor garnishments, and bankruptcy orders + Coordinate with legal agencies, courts, and third-party vendors to validate and process garnishment orders + Assist with payroll audits and reporting to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls Requirements 100% on site - East Memphis, TN long term contract Must have strong attention to detail and payroll experience Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
