A day in the life.
As our Payroll Analyst on the Finance team, you’ll be responsible for administering and maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) while accurately entering and updating employee information, including new hires and benefits elections, in accordance with audit standards. The analyst serves as a content knowledge expert for the HRIS and its audit procedures, providing guidance as needed. Responsibilities include processing payroll tasks such as managing compensation and deduction changes, handling newly hired and terminated employees, and administering leave payments. The analyst also creates and processes various payroll templates—such as Hours/Earnings, One Time Payment, Deduction, and Taxable Fringe Benefit Templates—while reviewing Time & Attendance data to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely payments with minimal errors. Additionally, they coordinate and research other employee-related issues as necessary.

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Payroll, Finance, Human Resources or related field required; including previous experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll processing required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced skills in ExcelExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle confidential information with discretionEffective communication skillsLegal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the futureThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
